Autopay plan

I have set up autopay with you for the $45 monthly plan and the money for this month went out of my account on January 28th but it is telling me my plan hasn't renewed and data and calls have stopped working. Do I need to go online and top up myself?

Was money actually taken out of your account? If so, contact customer support.
