Att thanks

I am using a iPhone X and Att thanks won’t let me create a user, whenever I try, it automatically backs out to the “log in” screen. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, then reinstalled it and still the same issue.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the AT&T THANKS app. Eligible AT&T customers are automatically enrolled in AT&T THANKS. If you have an eligible service with AT&T, benefits will automatically be available to you. When signing in to the AT&T THANKS app, you will use the same User ID that you would normally use for myAT&T. If you haven't done so already, you can follow the steps at this link to Create your User ID. If you're still unable to access your benefits and rewards information within the AT&T THANKS app, we recommend that you sign in to myAT&T as an alternative way to access AT&T THANKS under My benefits and rewards on your Account overview page. Simply select Explore benefits to see your available benefits and redemption instructions for each. Let us know if this helps.

I am having the same problem. Unfortunately, the fix you posted didn’t solve the issue. Every time I try to log in I get a message saying that the password has a character that can’t be used. Not exact wording but close. I have even re-loaded do you thinks app, twice,. Every time I begin to log into it or reset my password it flips back to the login screen before I can even type in all of my information.
