Hello, @Kenpangon,

Thank you for reaching out to us. After several unlock requests are put through, a device is blocked from being able to be unlocked for thirty days. At that time, place another unlock request.

Until then, look over things to know about unlocking a device through AT&T. The site includes requirements to unlock your device. was it on an AT&T postpaid account for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance or on an AT&T prepaid account for six months? If it meets that and the other requirements, the request should be approved.

Have a great week.

James, AT&T Community Specialist
