At&t refuses to unlock my iphone

Hi , i have issues when am trying to unlock my phone its full price paid off bought it from Best Buy it was 4000 US reseller Flex Policy by accident its activated by At&t sim card so policy changed to At&T locked policy I submitted imei on unlock form but At&T denied my request any help please

If the first SIM you installed was an AT&T SIM, then it didn’t lock by accident.  That’s exactly how the Apple Flex Reseller Policy works.  It locks to the first carrier, and you are then under that carrier’s unlocking policy.


What was the reason your unlock request was denied?  Not meeting the minimum required time for service?
