Am Not Receiving Unlock Confirmation Email, Even After Phone Was Paid Off

I paid off my iPhone 6S Plus yesterday and had requested a device unlock through the online portal. Even after 24 hours of submitting, I still have not received a confirmation email to confirm the unlock and follow the procedures. I am in dire need to use the phone for something urgently in traveling abroad. Any help on an ETA would be great.

Your payoff will not process that quickly, so there is no point.  Once your next bill is processed, without any Next installments, you know your phone is clear.  THEN you can request the unlock.

 

Users have reported problems getting email if they use gmail accounts, so you Can try a different email account.

The problem is solved! AT&T has updated their unlock portal.
Now this service is working
