The alert is from ATT, not the call. That is the Call Protect app telling you the call may be a spam call.

we are a business and I left a customer a message and she said she did not pick up my call because it showed up as AT & T Spam Risk Phone Call. She called me back to tell me. We have our business line through Spectrum how do we get AT & T to take us off the spam risk to avoid other customers from not picking up when we call them?
