AT&T Sent me Iphone 7Plus Says Delivered but Never Received it
Hello,
I ordered iPhone 7 Plus, when I track the order it said it was delivered by UPS which was left infront of my door. But when I check the order status with UPS guyz they said they delivered infront of my door. It is $869 phone and no one is helping me. Please help me guyz. I called AT&T and they said I need to go with the insurance since it was not delivered. Why should I go with the insurance and pay the deductables since it is not my fault???
Please help me.

You need to file a theft report with police and send it to ATT so they can blacklist the phone.
And contact USPS about tracking and weight of the package at every step.
Once the package is "delivered " it is not the carriers problem. It's between USPS and you..
However, because ATT doesn't require a signature, I would NEVER order from ATT.
They need to change the policy.
