AT&T SIM AND FILIPINO PHONE TRADE
can i ask if my father is from the us and he owns an ipone 5s and has a at&t sim card and i have an iphone4s bought in the us but used here in the philippines is it ok if we exchange phones? and can he go back to the us using the iphone 4s he traded me with with his at&t sim in it? will the sim card of at&t still work in the filipino phone? and will his number still be the same if we exchange sims? (iphone 4s bought unlocked in the us)

Hi @atandtsmartmt!
First, your father will need to meet the unlock requirements and submit an unlock request for his 5S here to enable it to work in the Philippines. Second, the SIM cards in the 5S and 4S are different sizes, so each of you will want to pick up new SIM cards. Your father can pick up a SIM card for the 4S at his local AT&T store and have it activated to his number. Once his 5S has been unlocked, you can use a SIM card from your local carrier in the Philippines.
