Unlock Iphone - keep getting blank unlock instructions in the email
I've tried 3 times now to submit an unlock request for my iphone. I receive an email and it says "We've approved your unlock request" and then further down it says "Unlock instructions" and then its blank. There is nothing there. Not sure what to do.

Thank you for your message. If your device has been unlocked all you need to do is connect to iTunes and do a full back up and restore on the device and you will be ready to go.
