Not Receiving Verification Code

I’m not receiving verification code from Twitter SMS. Have tried several times. Have used Twitter’s 40404/GO (as per them) not working.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Business Community. We appreciate your participation within the Business Community. What is it you are trying to do?  Are you attempting to log into Twitter? Is the code used to verify your Twitter access? Are you using your PC or phone?

I am trying to access the verification code from a business Twitter account
that I Admin. and have been locked out of. Am able to login but am not
receiving the SMS verification code they are sending to my phone number.
The verification code is used to verify Twitter access. I am using iPhone &
MacBook Pro.
