What is dual SIM?

Dual SIM is a feature that allows you to have 2 active numbers, plans, or accounts on one device.

• A physical SIM - A plastic card inserted into your phone
• An eSIM - A digital SIM activated through the network

Note: With Dual Standby, both SIMs are active on the device at the same time (not all Dual SIM devices are Dual Standby).

What it does for you!

Let’s say you have a work phone and a personal. Instead of having 2 devices, Dual SIM simplifies your life allowing you to carry just one.

Note: Not all devices have the Dual SIM function.
