Getting our Reseller ID from At&t for the purpose of completing the "hand shake" with Apple Business Manager has been a massive headache. Apple has been awesome, so has JAMF, but dealing At&t customer service, by any any means (call, chat, email) has been about as difficult as potty training my 2-year old. Is there a dedicated team for this? Phone number? How can I get At&t a screen shot of out Apple DEP? Any help would be appreciated.
