Hi there @anna14,

Maintaining a good Wi-Fi connection is extremely important. It helps apps run smoother and reduces data usage. I’m sorry to hear your iPhone is giving you some problems. No worries! You came to the right place to get this resolved. Let’s get started!

If the device is stating it is having trouble authorizing the Wi-Fi network, I would have the phone forget the network and try to reconnect again. Before doing so, ensure your password is correct. You can complete this by visiting Settings > Wi-Fi and select the network you’re attempting to connect to. Then select Forget this Network.

Another option you could try is resetting network settings. This forgets any known Wi-Fi passwords, and allows you to start over fresh. No other information is lost when doing this. Just visit Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Enabling Wi-Fi Assist could cause a drop off as well. You can disable it by visiting Settings > Cellular and scrolling all the way to the bottom.

I really hope these options help out, and you’re able to restore your Wi-Fi connection. Have a great day!
