upgrading to iphone and keeping my android plan

i currently have a samsung impulse with a 2gb data plan for $25, and its in a pretty rough condition so i was thinking about upgrading to an iphone 5.

Will I still be able to keep my current plan or..?

My phones part of a family plan as well.
