unlock request still pending from February 28th
unlock request still pending from February 28th, cannot make another request becuase it says that I have a pending request.

I’m sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your device unlock since the end of February. I needed to unlock my old phone for when I traveled abroad, so I know how important it is. I would be more than happy to help get this fixed!
We had been experiencing some technical difficulties with our unlock portal earlier in the month which may have been why you were receiving this error. Good news, we were able to get this issue resolved on March 6th.
