The good news is you can request this online! The first thing you will want to do is check for eligibility. Please click here to get started.
Once you have confirmed the device qualifies to be unlocked, you will need to send a request via www.att.com/deviceunlock . The process takes two business days to complete. In the meantime, you can check your request status here.
