Hi @bauerme!

Which app was downloaded when this error started popping up? Try booting the phone in Safe Mode to see if the issue continues: Press Power > Touch and hold “Power Off” in the dialog box > “Reboot to safe mode” dialog box should appear > OK. If the error message doesn’t pop up while in safe mode, then you’ll know one of the downloaded apps is causing the issue. To delete it, Apps > Settings > Device > Apps > Select app > Uninstall > OK. Simply reboot the device to pull it back out of Safe Mode.

I would also recommend to wipe the cache partition on the device:

Power off the device completely. Press and hold Volume Down and Power until the device vibrates, and release the Power key. This should bring you to the Android recovery screen—scroll with Volume down and select “wipe cache partition” with the Power key. When the wipe is complete, select “reboot system now.”

Hope this helps!

Kevin
