someone please help?!
Ok so my old phone quit working. I'm on a plan already but to save money I bought a prepaid phone. I've tried everything but can't seem to get this phone to. Connect to the plan. I'm using the new SIM card as my old one (which was also a prepaid that was put on the plan) went crazy.

The new SIM card has no plan on it, it’s just cardboard and metal until it’s actiive with paid service. Also won’t have your number. You needed to have AT&T set up a new SIM card, with your old number and account. An AT&T company store can do that.

Does anyone have a phone number to get help with Direct Tv with a person to talk to, even online chat would be helpful.
