hello sir can you plz tell me when the new softwear update avilable for my not4 n910A att mobile

we are customers here not at&T and we have no insight at to when any updates will be pushed out, also since this is a public forum you should delete any personal information from your post

Are you using an active AT&T SIM card on the AT&T network?
Android 6 is available for the Note 4 but it must be on the AT&T network.

there is any way to download the update cz the goto sitting about phone
softwear update saying there is no update avilble and my phone is many
issue with lolypop i wnat to update to marshmallow i am using not4 sm910A
