Good morning! Getting new updates can deliver greater security and better optimization, so I know this can be very important! I am happy to share some information on the subject.
Here is a great article on the main steps and has some additional information for updating your operating software. In order to update your S7 you will need to be on an AT&T tower. To get Android 7.0 your baseband version will need to end in QA6. You can check this information by going to Settings > System > AboutDevice.
whats the point of this post? Daniel is clearly wasting this poor users time. He clearly stated he was not in the USA. Just tell the user that there not going to get updates from ATT because ATT does not update devices not connected to the ATT network on ACTIVE ATT accounts. Posting the trouble shooting tools is going to do nothing more than waste the users time.
