receiving message on my cell phone that sign-in failed for yahoo email account

I recently switched phones to Samsung galaxy 4 and I have been receiving messages that my sign-in failed.  It seems like I'm getting this message when I'm receiving emails.

Call customer care from a land line at 800-331-0500. It didn't get set up correctly when you switched. They can do it for you quickly. But don't call from your phone so you can enter info into you be phone.
