razr v3

I have a razr v3 in 10566 area code,ATT is sending me messages that on Jan 31 2013 something bad will happen to my service. Just what is it that will be happening?

I like my Razr the free phones ATT is offering are bulkier. Yuk

For the past 2 1/2 months service has been very poor.
