We're happy to help! You can disable the app to prevent it from launching on its own. Here's how to do that: Go to Settings > GeneralTab > Apps > QuickMemo > Disable. If you do not have this option, please try restarting the device.
If the issue continues, a factory reset would be the final solution. This does wipe your phone completely; however, it should clear up this software error. Please be sure to complete the Backup process prior to completing a factory reset if it is warranted!
