Re: numbersync

Hi, @Pookh007,

We'd love to help with this. From your description, it sounds as if you need to call your local nonemergency number and make sure your address is listed with 911. After that is cleared up, you should be able to get past the E911 screen.

Can we assist you with anything else?

All police departments have a regular 10 digit number.  911 is not the number for your P.D.  Looking up online.

Re: numbersync

Thanks for your feedback @Pookh007

It is recommended that your Emergency 911 (E911) information is updated on your mobile device and tablet. Just in case of emergency personal cannot locate you, 911 calls will be route based on the address you provide in your tablet's NumberSync settings.

Also, NumberSync can only work with compatible Andriod Tablets on an AT&T Postpaid Wireless account that has AT&T HD Voice set up.

You can review our Learn How to use NumberSync for Android Tablets for more information, as well as scroll down to the bottom of the page and click onto See All Important Details.

We hope this information helps.

Re: numbersync

Hello, @Pookh007,

If you've verified your address in the system for emergency services, then we'll need to look closer at this. To do so, we'll need some account info.

We are sending you a private message (PM) to help in this matter. Please check your forums private messages by clicking the Forums Inbox. Locate the PM from ATTCares and reply to the message with your specific account details.
