We'd love to help with this. From your description, it sounds as if you need to call your local nonemergency number and make sure your address is listed with 911. After that is cleared up, you should be able to get past the E911 screen.

My address is listed with 911. Its on my phones wifi calling.

All police departments have a regular 10 digit number.  911 is not the number for your P.D.  Looking up online.  

Still dont get it. Whats police department got to do with att business. When I set up my phonewifi calling I had no problems at all

they are saying to make sure your e911 address is right to contact the police dept.

It is recommended that your Emergency 911 (E911) information is updated on your mobile device and tablet. Just in case of emergency personal cannot locate you, 911 calls will be route based on the address you provide in your tablet's NumberSync settings.

Also, NumberSync can only work with compatible Andriod Tablets on an AT&T Postpaid Wireless account that has AT&T HD Voice set up.

my e911 info is good.  i have latest samsung s10e and lenovo moto tab is compatable.
