A great way to troubleshoot this is to use our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. It’s almost like having a personal tech agent by your side. With this, choose your phone, select Phone calls under Service/network issues, and answer the questions until you receive a resolution.
I also suggest resetting your network settings; this is will refresh your overall connection to our network. You can do this by going to Settings > Backup & Reset > Reset Network Settings. Re-entering your Wi-Fi password to connect to Wi-Fi may be necessary as well.
