I understand how concerning it can be when the phone is not connecting to Wi-Fi. Definitely I can help you!
The best method to find this information is to check your modem/router to see if there is a name and password on the bottom of it. If the name is not under the device, it is usually your internet provider plus up to four digits, unless you have set up a customized name.
I would also advise checking out our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. This fantastic resource is like having a tech agent available anytime! After selecting your phone’s make and model, please go to Service/Network Issues > Wi-Fi for issues connecting to Wi-Fi and Internet for connecting to cellular data.
