Good Morning @VeryMadd,

This is definitely not the type of experience we want you to encounter with your service. We know how important it is to be able to connect to the network, especially during an emergency. I understand how this can be inconvenient and I would like to offer some options to improve the service in your location.

From your post, you mentioned this issue occurs when you are in your home and at work. This can be linked to a network issue in the area. To help us target where the issue is occurring, we have a great app called Mark the Spot, which sends us feedback on possible issues we can fix. The great thing about this app is it is completely free.

We also offer Wi-Fi calling for the LG V20, which helps improve the service on your device. It is absolutely free and there are no monthly charges. Our Device Support tool can walk you through on setting this awesome feature up.

I hope this information helps in resolving your coverage issues! Please feel free to reach out to us if you have additional questions or concerns.

I'd return it in the first 14 days (inclusive) before it's too late. If it's not working for you, it's not a good choice...

@VeryMadd   I agree with @Gary L.   There have been reports of this phone getting lousy network connection when other ATT phones connect well.

Another example of LG poor construction of mobile devices.
