Hello @cobaj_musa,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! I’m very sorry to hear your phone is stuck in a bootloop and will not power on properly. I can help you out with this!

For this issue, the best resolution would be trying to complete an alternate factory reset. This does wipe the phones information completely, so if you have a method to backup your information, please do this prior to the reset.
If you have already done this, you can by-pass these steps:
Power the phone completely off.
Hold the Volume Down and Power Key together.
Once you see the LG Logo, release the Power Key for a second and then re-hold the Power Key, all while holding the Volume Down button.
Release both buttons/keys when you see ‘Factory data reset’ at the top of the screen.
Once on this menu, navigate with the Volume Down button to highlight ‘Yes’, and press the Power Key to select it and begin the reset.

I will also be reaching out to you via private message in order to gather more information. Please check your Forums Inbox for this!

I look forward to working with you. Have a fantastic rest of your day!

Good Morning @cobaj_musa!

Thank you for coming back to let us know what happened. I’m sorry to hear your device is still having issues with turning on. I would be delighted to continue assisting you with this endeavor.

In the event your phone is still not turning on at all, the next step we may want to look into is to replace it. There are a few different ways to replace the device, and I would be happy to share them with you!

The first way the phone may be replaced is through exchanging the device under warranty. The warranty coverage period for new phones is 1 year from the original date of purchase. It is very important you verify they do not have any physical or liquid damage to them prior to exchanging; as to avoid any additional charges for the phone.

If your device does not meet the eligibility requirements for replacing it under warranty, the next best way to exchange the phone is by replacing it through insurance. In order to exchange your device, you can do so by visiting phoneclaim.com/att, and clicking “File a Claim” to begin. You also have the option of calling in from a working phone to the number 888-562-8662 to speak with a representative.

I hope this information helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions. I wish you a wonderful rest of your day!
