A few things to try.

I included this because it happens quite often, someone will accidentally forward all calls to voicemail so it might be something to check.

Activate or Deactivate Call Forwarding with the LG Phoenix (P505)

I found this small article as well.

Customize the number of rings to voicemail pick-up

To change the number of times your device rings before calls go to voicemail, call Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your device. We can adjust ring number based on the rings callers hear, not the particular ringtone you hear on your device.

Here is a post from the ATT Forums that also deals with changing the amount of rings before your line goes to voicemail.

Increase the number of rings before a call goes to the voicemail.

Have you tried calling your phone yourself to see what happens?

I hope some of the above information helps.
