You can use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to help locate this number; you’ll want to sign in for a more personalized experience. All you need to do is select the type of phone you have and the issue you have (i.e. Device Unlock). The next screen will ask you to choose out of three different unlock issues, you will want to choose Phone or tablet is requesting a PIN or PUK code. You will then be walked through getting this information.

This is crap you should be able to tell everyone how to get their pin on any device without having a walk through or going to a store! Some how mine is locked and I have no idea how to unlock it and all it took was my password to lock it. What the h3ll!!!! Not OK!!!! Now I have NO ACCESS TO MY PHONE BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE ERROR WITH EXPLORATION OF MY PHONE!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! AND A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 8 YEARS!!!!!
