I need help turning on my hotspot. It says I need to call 611.
I have the 65 dollar a month plan and it won't let me turn on my hotspot says I need to call 611 or activate it at art.com/my wireless and every time I do either I can't get through or the site don't have the help I need or to difficult for me to understand

Sorry, the $65 plan does not support hotspot, you will never be able to turn it on with that plan. If you need hotspot, you need to switch to the $45 plan.
