I dropped my phone at work three inches off of floor. well my screen stays black.. has a pulsating blue led light makes turn on and off noise. but no working screen please help me fix this

I am sorry to hear about your phone! Having a functioning phone is extremely important and I would be glad to help.
Have you already tried powering your device completely off and then back on again? This step is often overlooked but can help resolve many issues!
