Hi. A relative has sent me a phone from the USA to Venezuela, when trying to introduce a different sim card, it tells me that I have to place a network unlock code, I have the code, but when I enter it, it indicates that it is not possible to unblock it, I have 255 times to try it.
We'd love to help with this but it we won't be able to assist you with unlocking the phone. Even if it met the requirements to be unlocked, after too many unlock attempts, it is permanently locked to its current carrier.
