The easiest way to do this (my version anyway) is to combine these in a cloud account, such as Live (Hotmail, Outlook.com, etc), GMail, etc.
Bring all your contacts into the account, and clean up duplicates, etc. I do this in my Outlook desktop app, but you can do it in a web app, or similar, lots of different ways to work on your contacts.
From that point forward, most devices can sync to/from that account, but the "master" will live in whatever cloud construct you choose.
This may seem a bit daunting initially, but really it's simpler than most realize, and a whole lot easier than managing multiple contact "lists" across devices, etc.
