You have come to the right place! We can help you find out why your device is not making calls, and once we determine the reason, assist you in getting your service restored.

If you have GoPhone services, there is a possibility your service is suspended. My first suggestion is to visit our article explaining how to check your account and balance. If you never had service before and just bought a GoPhone SIM Kit, then your SIM might not be active. You can find how to activate it by visiting this link.

There is also the possibility of a network outage in your area, although this is less common and localized to a specific area for the most part. A great way to tell when this is happening is to check with another customer in the area to see if they have the same issue as you.
