ZTE maven 2. changed my gmail password on the computer. must I change it on the phone? if so where?
ZTE maven 2. changed my gmail password on the computer. must I change it on the phone? if so where? not sure if the phone knows the new password or must I enter the new password in somewhere. pretty new to smart phones. thanks. I'm using 7.1.1 version of android.

Since you manually changed your email password on a PC, you will need to log out and back in on your phone for the change to reflect. Although your account may be synced on the phone now, it will remain logged into the account until you log out and have to use your new password to re-login. You can learn how to log out/in on your phone email account here. Select your make and model phone, then click on View all Solutions to get started.
