Last 4 or 5 months email service on yahoo is extremely slow on my LG3. To read emails I have to click "load the full message ) twice and then get out of the app go back in the email app to click on the email. I have to do this on each and every email. I do not have this problem using gmail or outlook. Our other phoen turbo is experincinf similar problems
Emails are so important in today’s age; I completely understand your concern with a slow loading email. Let’s work together to find a solution!
Since the other emails are loading fine, I would recommend removing the email from the app and re-adding it. There may be some issues within the email which may be causing this problem.
If re-adding the email does not solve the issue, the next step would be clearing the cache for the app. You’ll want to head to Settings> Applications > ApplicationManager > All; scroll down to email and tap clear cache. Once you clear the cache, you’ll need to restart the phone.
