Why won't my Samsung Galaxy s5 pick up LTE?

I bought a Samsung galaxy s5 a few weeks ago and am curious why it won't pick up LTE in CT. I looked at the network bands and they seem to be the same.

@Edward126: You are using SIM card that was in 4S?? Try get new SIM card from AT&T Corporate Store, SIM cards free. The old SIM card probably not designed for LTE service.

Where in CT?

Are you using ATT?

what phone was the SIM card in previously?  (3G or messaging phone?). If so l you need a new SIM card.

More info please.

@lizdance40

Everywhere in CT even when other phones on ATT have LTE. It was previously in an iPhone 4s but I called and they updated the IMEI number in their system.

Guys, prompt who dealt with the Chinese smartphones. Explain how the Chinese smartphone with 3/32gb, 4500mAh, the Android 6 is evaluated in 100EUR? And S5 2/16gb 2800 costs 248EUR. What it is better for me to buy? The price, in my opinion is overstated Samsung.
