Where to find firmware update for Huawei U8652 Fusion?

Hello, need help.
I have Huawei U8652 Fusion. At start I get error "Android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly".
How to solve this?
I can't make "Factory reset" and I can't check online firmware update availability because I can't enter to menu Setting because of this dаmn message with error. Google also can't help my - I try search but nothing...

Maybe exist file with firmware for updating from sdcard or from my PC?
