Where is marshmallow for the note 4?

What the heck, ATT. We spend 800 on a phone and get terrible service on upgrades. This is beyond ludicrous. When will we get marshmallow!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!!???!?!?!??!?!?!?!?

@lizdance40 What did your reply have to do with the question? You provide no data, just a link stating in development. Tell us something we don't know. ATT totally lost their way on this one. Marshmallow still in development. ATT do your job.

You wanted a status report, you got one, straight from the horses mouth, so to speak.

The ATT version is not ready, has not been released to ATT.

Obviously, AT&T is not concerned with Note 4 users. They are confident you will upgrade to the Note 7. They are about making money; not the customer.

Att needs to fire the director of software development. This upgrade schedule for all phones was so botched. To still not have it is insane.

The update is totally available all you have to do os search it out. Let google search do the work for you. It will require a tiny bit of effort to install it. There is still alot of features AT&T thinks were not good enough to have still available, thats most likely why its not being pushed. There are thousands of us that have it already and have been using it since may. The latest build was updated with june security patchs. It's just sitting in the server doing nothing. If your gonna be an ATT customer you need to know how to retrieve your own updates from the servers,it super easy to find any software on them.

It is available as stated in the previous post. Att will probably not push it Ota until they are satisfied that you won't buy a note 7. Just my opinion. Samsung is also slow with updates. Combined with AT&Ts slow updates it is a perfect storm. Of slowness.

You would think they would be concerned about losing customers. But until that really happens, they don't care.
