When will the Galaxy Note get the multi window function?

I purchased this phone 2 days ago and was a tad bit taken back that the phone did not have the advertised features right out the box. Seems like false advertising to me.

The verizon and sprint version have this update already!

And whenever I contact either Samsung or AT&T no one can give me an answer!

Thanks! I called AT&T and the tech support guy didnt know what I was talking about so he connects me with a Samsung tech and he says that it will be released soon! And it was, just not in the US.. Apparently some of the international variants have gotten the update today.
