Any chance ATT might be willing to make a concession to those of us who got stuck with defective LG g4 and still owe on them?

I bought the phone from ATT, not LG.  Some of the other carriers found ways to make it up to the customers.  With your "it's the manufacturer problem" stance why would anyone want to buy another LG  product from ATT?

why would anyone want to buy a LG phone to start with....  And no other carriers didnt make it up to there users.  Those users pushed and got something but I can assure you the carrier made LG pay for it.  If your device is past a year warranty then it is what it is.

This is the company who also gave us the LG V10 which also had the same motherboard boot loop issues.   I would only gamble on another LG if they adjusted the price based on what I still owe on the G4.   It would be kind of masochist but it beats paying for something you can't use.   My wife's G3 is also starting to have motherboard connection issues but we owe very little on it.

Word to the wise...never buy an LG phone. I don't trust a company who makes kitchen appliances to engineer a working mobil device.

I purchased the LG G6 a week after its release date, its my first LG phone, always been a note person, and its overpriced and it doesn't matter if it's a carrier or manufacture issue, neither 1 of them want to make it right. Mine overheats while charging and screen will freeze so it looks like a long delay from typing til shows up on screen. Now for a mth my screen flashes like a strob light when it feels the need.
