Warranty a INFUSE get a Skyrocket
What is up with not getting a replacement phone which is the same? Isn't the Skyrocket an older phone then the Infuse? The thing that really ticks me off is my Ballistic case doesn't fit the Skyrocket properly.

No, the Skyrocket is six months newer than the Infuse. I would also consider it an upgrade because you now have LTE, a 2MP camera, a higher capacity battery and a dual-core processor.
