WILL this work on AT&T Samsung Galaxy NOTE 2

I am probably going to purchase the Galaxy Note 2 (n7100).  Will this phone work just fine on AT&T? Also, I see that it offers HSPA+ I believe on the 850 and 1900 Mhz band, but no LTE version since it is the International version.  Am I correct here?  This will be the FIRST TIME that I am joining AT&T (coming from Verizon and Sprint), so is there anything that I need to know or do differently?
