Volume turning down itself
I have Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 and the problem is the following:
My touch feedback sound is on and just a notch away from full volume. However, the sound is unstable in that it just lowers itself. I keep checking the setting but the level is just the same and not changing.
For example, one series of tapping on the screen has the expected volume. After some time, the next series of tapping on the screen has their sound feedback dropped by itself to very low. It is fluctuating and unstable.
Just now, I turned everything to full volume and tested things out. To my surprise, even my notification and ringtone volumes are also unstable. They go very low to hear at one point, then get back to being loud again. All by themselves.

Hello @STRDiana,
Thanks for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you completed! We recommend checking the settings in your app if you have Smart Volume selected. If you do, turn it off then restart your device in Safe Mode.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hello, @STRDiana,
As it sounds like the audio issues began after you installed the PUBG app, uninstall the app and see if that restores your audio.
If that doesn't help, let's clear the system cache. Follow these steps:
If after clearing the cache you still have the audio issues, let us know so that we might investigate further.
