When accessing voicemail I get the "Service Not Available" message. It has been this way for the last 5 days ...
This is the first time this has happened in the last 4 years.

When will the voicemail issues be fixed? This is very frustrating when I PAY for YOUR services and YOU can't provide!!!!! We've been with AT&T for over 15 YEARS ..... maybe its time to switch!!!!!!!!!

Its affecting customer in multiple markets. We are working with to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Its one of our top priorities at this time.
Callers to your voicemail may be able to deposit new messages. You may be able to retrieve your messages, the traditional way, by pressing 1. Be ready to enter your voicemail password if prompted.
If you don't remember it you can reset your voicemail password online using myAT&T. Simply go to My wireless, select a device, and choose Manage my device. Then, select Reset voicemail password.

As of Oct 23 this is still not working properly. If you get the voicemail indicator from the voicemail system, you then have to go into Visual Voicemail, click Settings.and Refresh, and then the voicemail shows up in Visual Voicemail and can be played etc. Appears to still be a notification refresh issue.

I have been having the same issue on 2 lines since last Thursday. I have contacted support 4 times, had both SIM cards changed and reset the voicemail passwords numerous times. I am so frustrated! We have had the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max for less than 2 weeks and have had nothing but problems. Customer support keeps telling me it will be fixed in 24-48 hours but it is still a problem!

I live in South Fl. Called ATT today because I've been having this problem for three days. They cannot give me a new voicemail box because that one wouldn't work either. The server is still down and they are working on it. So yeh, this resolution you posted is not a resolution. ATT get your act together and get a new vendor or server. Having no access to voicemails is unacceptable...period!!

I still can’t access my voicemail list and when I call voicemail it isn’t accepting my password. I’m afraid if I change it I really won’t be able to get those voicemails back. Ideas?

10/23/19 - Called customer service to be told that Voice mail is being "enhanced"! The resolution outlook is 2 weeks! Very vague for a leading company! This is an atrocious service why is it taking so long? I expect to be compensated for the loss of this service component!

We're aware that some customers may be having difficulty retrieving their voicemail due to a vendor server problem. We’re in contact with the vendor as they work to fix it and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

My voicemail is finally working. We'll see if it's a permanent fix. AT&T should have notified customers they were having an issue and they should offer compensation for the down time. Just don't hold your breath.

I submitted a complaint to the FCC per the suggestion above and the FCC notified me that they notified AT&T. The next day, my voicemail was working again as normal and I got all the stored up messages.

I spent an hour on the phone last night that I cannot get back. There was no satisfactory assistance.
A supervisor was supposed to call me back. They never did. Mine went out yesterday, but the only "possible" solution is to reset my VM box - deleting all my messages.
According to the less than helpful tech support person, this has been going on for over a month with AT&T.
Fix it! That kind of lengthy outage is unacceptable for the most expensive mobile carrier in the US market. We are paying for quality - and not getting it. Do better. FIX THE ISSUE QUICKLY! I am getting ready to switch carriers.
