Some setting may have returned to default settings afterthe Oreo update. Yet, you can review and enabled the settings once again. From home, swipe up to accessApps, and then tap settings app icon Settings. SelectAppsthen tap the3 dotsin upper right corner, and then tapSpecial Access>Notification Access>Samsung Experience Home. Toggle it this on, or switch off then back on switch on.

I was happy to see that it appeared to solve the problem immediately following this resolution. Now, less than 12 hours later, the functionality is still not working. Have received several calls w/voicemail and no badge appeared for any of them. I did not turn off my phone, simply charged it overnight. Help!!
