My visual voicemails did not restore from my old phone
Trying to get my voicemails restore from old phone. Was not helped at all and links and numbers given from the automated messenger did not help. Was trying to speak to an agent. My mom just died, I had her voicemails saved on my s9+. Just had a warranty replacement and my voicemails are not on my new phone. What do I need to do?

We'd be glad to assist you. We send deepest condolences to you and your family. In order to transfer files from your old phone you will first need to back up the files on your old device.
You will need to choose how you want to back up your files. You can choose to back up files from a computer, google or an SD card. Check out this support article on Backup and restoring your Samsung Galaxy S9 it will walk you through how to do so. Thanks for reaching out to us.
