Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand that you are having difficulties updating your device. To get things started, we encourage you to use our Device Support page. It should already be set to your device. If it isn't, you'll need to navigate to the S9. The page provides basic steps on how to update your device. Give the steps and try and let us know if this helps!
